Catherine Dolata Diaz
As a lead consultant for one of the largest financial services
providers, Catherine championed and executed large-scale cross-sell and portfolio optimization programs at all customer
contact points. She has extensive experience designing and implementing
marketing and sales programs, with specific emphasis on strategic
planning, front-line performance support, and infrastructure
design. Prior to co-founding Magnum Solutions, Inc., Catherine
was a Senior Marketing Manager at AT&T responsible for creating
targeted growth strategies for affluent customers to increase
service usage and reduce attrition within the highly competitive
telecommunications industry. Catherine holds a B.S. degree
from Cornell University and a M.B.A. in Marketing and International
Business from NYU's Stern School of Business. |
Rosa Rita
Rosa has ten years of experience developing customer analytics to
provide strategic direction for direct consumer offerings, and most
recently, the internet channel. She has designed and
implemented CRM strategies for retail banks across lines of
businesses offering a vast array of products and services.
Prior to co-founding Magnum Solutions, Inc., Rosa was a Vice
President at JPMorgan Chase where she held senior positions in both
the regional banking and credit card divisions. Her
responsibilities included providing strategic direction for
large-scale marketing budgets for both new acquisitions and existing
customer portfolio management. Before joining JPMorgan Chase,
Rosa was with the Royal Bank of Canada. She holds a B.S. in
Finance from Fordham University and is a graduate of the Chase
Management Development Program. |
